To ensure the smooth running of my service I operate a strict cancellation policy. Please familiarise yourself with the terms of my policy when you book your Bowen Therapy/Canine Bowen Therapy/Indian Head massage/Reiki appointment;

*All cancellations must be made a minimum of 24 hrs before your appointment

*Any appointments cancelled with less than 24hrs noticed will incur a cancellation fee set at 50% the original treatment price unless the appointment is re-booked for another date. If you decide to cancel the re-booking you will be expected to pay the original 50% cancellation fee

*All missed appointments will be charged the full rate & an invoice will be sent to you unless you re-book the appointment when contacted, in which case you will be charged just 50% of the full rate for the missed appointment

*In the event your appointment is cancelled by myself with less than 24hrs notice you will be offered a new appointment at the soonest convenient time

**Only in exceptional circumstances will these terms be wavered

 **If you develop Corona Virus symptoms, come into close contact with someone displaying Corona Virus symptoms or you are contacted by NHS track & trace telling you to isolate & you have to cancel your appointment at short notice you will not be expected to pay a cancellation fee. You will however be expected to take a Covid test & inform me of the result in order to rearrange your appointment at a more appropriate time. If you choose to self isolate for 14 days without a test you will be expected to rearrange your original appointment for a date shortly after this period**
