Following recent government guidelines & in line with guidelines set out by RAMP & the RCVS I have set out my risk assessment for a gradual return to offering Canine Bowen Therapy sessions only. Further notice will be given once it is ok to open my clinic to people once again.

Below are the conditions for which I may be able to work with your dog:

**All sessions are currently being held in outdoor spaces or in the treatment room at K9 Raw Supplies in Cinderford**

  • You will  receive a pack along with your vet consent form with a detailed risk assessment which will need to be read, signed & returned & a Covid-19 screening form which must be completed, signed & returned

  • If you successfully meet all the criteria your appointment will be booked

  • If I am to come to your premises I must be assured that I can access the outside space where the session will take place without entering your property & without coming into contact with other pets or family members

  • Your initial consultation & form filling will take place over the telephone a few days before the appointment

  • You will be screened once again on the morning of your appointment

  • You will be asked to remove the dog's collar before the session begins

  • I will be equipped with hand sanitizer which I will use before handling your dog

  • You will be required to observe the 2m distance rule during the session, which will last upto 30 mins

  • If you prefer I can wear a mask &/or gloves during the appointment

  • For sessions at K9 Raw Supplies you will be requested to remain in your vehicle on arrival & I will come & call you in

  • The room will have been sanitized before & will be sanitized after the session

  • Please bring along your own blanket/pet bed for your dog to rest on during the breaks as I cannot provide these. It is recommended that this be washed at 60c when you return home

  • You may be requested to wear a mask during the session & you will be required to observe the 2m distance rule at all times

  • You will be asked to remove the dog's collar when you have entered the room

  • You will be screened again on the morning of each subsequent appointment

  • Should you develop any symptoms associated with Covid-19, test positive for Covid-19 or come into contact with someone who has tested positive or is displaying symptoms of Covid-19 within 14 days of a Canine Bowen Therapy appointment you are obliged to inform me immediately
